The latest cohort graduated in end of March 2011. Currently, 100% of the batch have been assisted to secure placements by S P Jain's Career Services offices, have found jobs on their own, were on sabbatical or have become entrepreneurs.
About 65% of the students have chosen placements in India. 24% have found jobs in Dubai and 11% in Singapore and Malaysia. The average Indian salary has moved up from INR 895,714 (USD 19,472) to INR 1,063,065 (USD 23,878), an increase of 18.7% in the last one year. The overall placement salaries have gone up by 15% in the last one year.

The average salary for the latest cohort is approximately USD 31,401 (INR 1,397,973). As salaries in the East tend to be lower on account of low or nil taxes and lower living costs, comparable US salaries would be 3 times based on purchasing price parity used by many ranking agencies. Further, salaries have been averaged as the cost of living in Dubai, Singapore and big Indian cities are very comparable. Dubai has zero income tax and Singapore has about 15% tax.
The average starting salary of the cohort was USD 11,000 and hence the increase in salary post the program closed to 300%.
S P Jain has currently six Career Services offices - Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Dubai, Singapore and Shanghai to assist graduating students secure dream careers post the program. A seventh office in Sydney is planned for next year.
