• Currently pursuing the doctoral program in International Management from the Bharathidasan Institute of Management, India.
  

Academic Experience

• Worked for the last nineteen years in Malaysia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia and India, teaching both under-graduate and post-graduate courses.

Research Interests

• Areas of research include emotional issues in management, talent management, and change management.
