S P Jain believes in enriching its faculty talent pool at all times. We are inviting applications for full-time/visiting faculty positions to join our MBA and BBA programs. We are seeking candidates with a background in a wide range of business disciplines, with extensive expertise in areas (including not restricted to): Strategic Management Consulting, Organizational Behavior, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, IT, HRM, Communications, Statistics, Marketing as exemplified by verifiable work on high value, mission critical, cross-organizational challenges and opportunities.

Required qualifications include: completed PhD or an MBA with substantial and relevant industry experience at the highest levels. Major considerations include excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, application-oriented research, and a commitment to understanding global issues and their impact on business.

Compensation

The compensation is flexible and could be anywhere between USD 75,000 to 150,000 annually for international postings. The above is tax free in Dubai and around 15% tax in Singapore. The exact compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and the above is purely indicative.
