Call for Nominations
Professional Achievement Award -2008
S P J C M wishes to recognize the Alums for
their achievements and accomplishments in their career. We invite your
nominations with the following:-
A short summary on:-
- Circumstances and impact-Describe
what you did and what was achieved.
- Behavioral evidence -Brief
summary of the critical actions you personally took that relate to the
competency in question.
- Proportion of the achievement
for which you personally claim credit-
- Try to be specific about
the situation, the tangible results achieved and the part you played
in achieving that result. This is particularly important if you
were acting as part of a team. Highlight the role you actually played
in achieving the outcome rather than focusing too much on the team
activities. Note the proportion of the achievement for which you
claim credit.
Hints and tips-
- You may want to review past
experiences and talk them through with colleagues who were involved.
Alternatively you may want to talk through some of your experiences.
- You can draw on relevant
experience you have gained in the workplace or outside the formal workplace.
Confine your write up to a maximum of 300 words.
The nominee's complete resume
with the roll no and year of graduation with SPJCM.
At least three letters of
endorsement providing evidence of the significance and magnitude of the
nominee's professional achievements.
Send completed nominations, including all
supporting letters and documentation, in the form of PDF files attached
to a single e-mail to alumni@spjain.org
